The owner of Moon Cosmetics shop is Moon Cosmetics Ltd. registered In England  under company number 09362336 and with our office in Daventry/UK.

Orders, Prices and Payment

All information including prices are correct at time of publishing and include 20% VAT. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time. Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering.

Every reasonable care has been taken to ensure that the descriptions and colour matching are accurate. However, all measurements quoted are approximate and the reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and publishing processes will allow.

You can make your orders via our online shop or via e-mail. The order form need to be filled properly what is a main condition to realize your order. By placing an order the customer accepts these rules of our company.After accepting the order we reserve the right to contact you to confirm the order and arrange shipping.

We accept payments by visa cards, master cards and Paypal via very safety gateway - SagePay.  You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

Cancellation, returns and refunds

To cancel your order you need to inform us by email before shipment orders.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Only brand new, not opened, unused items are accepted. Postage will not be refunded.

Delivery

We usually dispatch your goods within 24h. Standard delivery days are Monday – Friday. Usually we post our parcels by Royal Mail Economy Delivery 2nd class although bigger or bulk orders may be sent by other leading couriers.
Delivery usually takes 1-3 days however please allow up tp 14 days for delivery just in case of postage delay for reasons beyond our control . If any problem with your delivery (delays) please contact with us via email or contact form.

All postage prices are quoted for UK mainland only. If you require an item to be delivered anywhere else e.g Europe or rest of the world please contact us first for a quotation.  P&P will be calculate individually and according to the weight of the parcels and prices of Royal Mail or the leading couriers.

We reserve the right to delay in posting of goods if they are out of stock, or in other random cases. In this case, a customer will be informed asap of the delay via e-mail.

Other

We value your privacy. We will never give, lease, sell or otherwise disclose your personal information. The payment area is secured using industry standard Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL). This security technology encrypts your personal information including your credit card number, name and address, ensuring that nothing can be read as it travels over the Internet.  

Cookies assign a unique identification to your computer and store the details on your hard drive via a facility in your web browser. The cookie does not contain any personally identifying information but does permit our website to recognize you each time you return to our website.

We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms including for legal, regulatory or security reasons at any time. Whilst we will flag changes on the Website and/or send emails in relation to major changes, it is your responsibility to check the Terms for changes. If you do not agree to any of the Terms then you can simply stop using the Website at any time.
