Postage and Packing

We post orders within 24 hours from the date of purchase. Standard delivery days are Monday to Friday. Usually we post our cosmetics by Royal Mail Economy 2nd class although bigger (above £35 inluding postage) or bulk orders may be sent by other leading couriers with the tracking number. Delivery usually takes between 2 to 10 days.
Due to new Brexit regulations and Covid restrictions, most of the orders will be shipped from a warehouse in Poland, taking up the same amount of time as the 2nd class Royal Mail.


Every item in our online store is assigned a large or small dimensions and on the basis of this size shipping cost is calculated :

If you buy more items - each additional item is £ 1.59. When purchasing items of different sizes posting cost will be calculated according to the scheme £ 3.99 + £ 1.99 ....
Posting costs can be checked any time by adding items to your cart. The price for shipping is updated after any change in a cart.

If you require an item to be delivered anywhere else e.g Europe or rest of the world please have a look at the table below. If  the order is bulk please contact with us then shipping cost may be calculated individually, depending on the weight of the package and  post service`s prices.
