Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium citrate), vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Recommended portion for consumption during the day necessary to obtain a beneficial effect of the product: 1 or 2 capsules daily during a meal. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day.
